  • The principal reserves the right of accepting or rejecting admission to any child who seeks admission to the school.
  • Admission will be based on the child’s performance in the admission test.
  • Pupils coming from other school will not be admitted without T.C. from the school last attended.
  • At the time of admission, a copy of child’s birth certificate must be submitted to the school office.
  • The date of birth mentioned at the time of admission will not be altered on any account later on
  • Notice of withdrawal should be given a month before the date of withdrawal otherwise the school shall charge one month fee. Pupils who leave in month of May must pay the fee of May and June and who leave in February must pay the fee for February and March.
  • School leaving certificate will not be issued until all the dues are paid.
  • The school authorities reserve the right to dismiss those pupils whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory, the attendance is irregular, their conduct is harmful to other students or their fees are not paid in time. Honesty, cleanliness, good manners and loyalty are demanded of each student and anyone not confirming to the school’s ideals in these matters may be asked to leave the school. Immorality or grave subordination or contempt of authority is always a reason for dismissal.


Fee for registration/admission test will be Rs. 150/- per child which will be non refundable. A list of all successful candidates will be displayed on the school notice board within a week.

  1. Forms can be taken from the office on any working day between 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.
  2. A birth certificate should be attached with the form.
  3. Incomplete forms will be rejected
  4. The principal may refuse admission to any child without assigning any reason. It is the sole discretion of the principal


The child’s name will be removed from the rolls of the school,

  1. If he/she does not attend classes for 10 days continuously.
  2. If a child is absent in the first week of the new session.
  3. If there is a report of misbehavior of the parents with any staff member of the school.
  4. If the fee is not paid by the fixed date.
  5. If any disciplinary action is taken against the student.
  6. If he/she is taking private tuition from a teacher of this school without the written permission of the principal.


The result may be withheld on the following grounds,

  1. If the dues are not cleared or the attendance is less than 75%.
  2. If any disciplinary action is taken against the student.
  3. If the T.C. of last school is not submitted till that date.


The school management shall not be responsible for any accident or sickness or mishap of the children which may occur during the journey to and fro from the school or in the classroom or during the games practice or during the excursion tours. However every possible care in this regard will be taken by the school authorities. Strict security measures are observed and no one is allowed to enter the school during school time without reasonable cause. Parents are requested not to send servants near relatives or friends to collect their children from the school during school hours for the safety of the children. If such a leave is unavoidable then the parents should come to the school and meet the principal.
